Why one roof matters

In a conventional renovation, a designer draws, a contractor quotes, and every ambiguity between the two becomes a variation order billed to you. Our designers and builders share a floor, a coffee machine and a contract — so ambiguity gets resolved in a corridor conversation, not on your invoice.

It is also why we can fix the price before demolition: we are not guessing at someone else's workmanship.

We accept commissions in the order the briefs convince us. Share yours early — especially if your dates are fixed to a lease, a wedding or a school year.
