These terms apply to your use of the website apppro.my, operated by Apppro Design Studio Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202201032418 (1472936-T)). By using the site you accept them. Design and build commissions are governed by individually signed contracts, which prevail over anything written here.

1. About this website

The site presents the studio's services, portfolio and writing. Content is provided for general information. Project photographs may show commissions whose details have been altered to protect client privacy, and written descriptions of scope, pricing and programme are indicative starting points, not offers capable of acceptance.

2. Quotations and engagement

A commission begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, programme and price. Figures on this website (for example, tier starting prices) describe typical entry points and may change without notice. Nothing on the site obliges the studio to accept an enquiry; we accept a limited number of commissions per year at our discretion.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, drawings and graphics — belongs to Apppro Design Studio Sdn Bhd or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproducing content in any publication, feed or website without written permission is prohibited. Design documents produced during a commission remain the studio's intellectual property, licensed to the client for the purposes of the project, unless the signed contract says otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping at volumes that affect service, no submission of unlawful, defamatory or deliberately misleading material through our forms, and no impersonation of any person or organisation.

5. Liability

The site is provided "as is". While we keep information current, we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or uninterrupted, and we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. Liability in connection with actual commissions is addressed in the signed contract for that commission.

6. Links to other sites

Where the site links to external resources, those sites are outside our control and their content is not endorsed by the studio. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of this website.
