Design & Build / Commission 03
Commercial & retail spaces
A commercial interior has one job: make the brand physical. Ours is to do it beautifully, on budget, and — because rent starts before revenue — ruthlessly on time.
Interiors that earn their rent
We design commercial spaces the way we design homes — from behaviour outwards. How does a customer move from the door to the counter? Where do they pause, sit, photograph, decide? The answers shape the plan; the brand shapes the materials; the opening date shapes everything else.
Because we build what we draw, the fit-out programme is ours to control. Night works, mall fit-out rules, landlord approvals and licensed M&E submissions are handled in-house, and the contract price is fixed before hoarding goes up.
Our commercial portfolio spans jewellery boutiques, specialty coffee, galleries, clinics and boutique offices — spaces where the interior is a stated reason customers choose the brand.
Typical scope
- Concept design aligned to brand identity and customer journey
- Landlord and mall submission drawings
- Full fit-out: partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, façade
- Licensed electrical, plumbing and fire-safety works
- Custom display systems and cash-wrap millwork
- Phased or night-works programmes around trading hours
Tell us the opening date first
Everything else in a commercial brief is negotiable; the date rarely is. Share the unit, the brand and the deadline, and we will map the programme in the first meeting.
