One contract, one accountable team, one fixed number. You hand us a brief and a key; we hand back a finished, styled, working home — and then keep answering the phone for a year.

Turnkey is the purest form of what Apppro was built to do. Design, demolition, construction, joinery, stone, lighting, curtains, loose furniture, art hanging, even the scent in the entry hall on handover day — one team owns all of it, so nothing falls between trades.
It is the commission chosen most often by owners overseas, by families in temporary housing with a fixed move-in date, and by anyone who has survived coordinating a contractor, an ID and a curtain supplier who have never met.
You make decisions at three structured points — brief, design, material book — and receive weekly photographic reports in between. Beyond those points, your only job is to live your life until the reveal.
What turnkey includes
- Everything in our design and build scopes, plus:
- Loose furniture selection, procurement and freight
- Curtains, blinds, rugs, bed linen and styling
- Appliance supply, installation and commissioning
- Deep cleaning, art hanging and scene programming
- Twelve months of scheduled after-care visits
