Designing inside a tower
Condominium work is a discipline of constraints: structural walls that cannot move, strata by-laws, renovation deposits, service-lift bookings and neighbours a slab away. We have delivered dozens of high-rise homes across Kuala Lumpur, and we plan around those constraints before they can become delays.
Within the shell, we rebuild the experience of the home. Custom joinery replaces developer wardrobes and turns dead corridors into storage walls. Ceiling design conceals services and lets light wash the rooms in layers. Acoustic underlays, solid-core doors and lined walls give you the one luxury towers rarely offer — silence.
Our teams are practiced in management-office paperwork: drawings for approval, insurance, hoarding, working-hour rules. You will not be the owner whose renovation the building committee remembers.
